Treasure Lasseter Coulter, Buyer Representative Treasure is a Buyer's Specialist with the Robinson Team. She is a native of Chattanooga and an alumni of Girls Preparatory School and University of Georgia. After beginning her career in Atlanta, Georgia she has returned to Chattanooga to re-establish her roots in a community that she loves. Mike Lane, Broker/Operations Manager Born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Mike Lane has been involved with sales and customer service in the Chattanooga area since 1979. He joined the RobinsonTeam in August of 2004 as a buyer representative. Mike is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Chattanooga Association. Mike, his wife Bridget and daughter Mary-Alice have a deep love and respect for the Chattanooga Community. You might find them any given weekend working in their home garden on Lookout Mountain, GA.

Melissa Gilbert, Buyer Representative Melissa is a buyer specialist with the Robinson Team. A native of Chattanooga, she was one of the first 41 girls to attend the once all boys Baylor School. She continued her education at the University of San Diego, graduating with a BA in Psychology and later earning her Juris Doctorate. After several years in San Diego, she recently returned to Chattanooga to reconnect with her roots, especially her three nephews (Jay and Christopher's boys), who are well-acquainted with the real estate business Her first order of business upon returning to the area -purchasing a home on Lookout Mountain listed by the Robinson Team!

Elizabeth Geary, Pending Coordinator A native Chattanoogan, Elizabeth Geary is the pending coordinator for the Robinson Team. She is responsible for expediting the sales contract through completion. Elizabeth is an alumnus of Lee Highway Christian Academy and Tennessee Tech University. She and her husband Mike enjoy playing with their 3 dogs, and being outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this area. She loves horses and aspires to some day own a horse farm. In the meantime, she and Mike are happy being surrounded with all their friends and family in Chattanooga, Tennessee. |
Suzzanne Luttrell, Listing Coordinator Suzzanne Luttrell is the Listing and Advertising Coordinator. She is responsible for maintenance of the listing files and updating the various websites that feature the Robinson Team’s listings as well as the submission of all the advertising. Suzzanne has lived in the Chattanooga area nearly all her life and loves the natural beauty that surrounds us here. She and her husband, David make their home in Chattanooga where she raised her 2 children, Joey and Ginny. She enjoys reading, music, SEC football and babysitting her grandson, Jack. |
Susan Page, Buyer Representative Susan joined the Robinson Team in Junes 2008 as a Buyers Representative. She grew up in Hendersonville, TN just outside of Nashville. She and her husband Kevin moved to Chattanooga in 1995 and one year later had their daughter Sydney. Prior to beginning her Real Estate career in 2005, she was a stay at home mom. By providing outstanding service, Susan feels that her clients will thoroughly enjoy the home-buying experience. Occasionally homeowners who are trying to sell their home are surprised to learn that their title is encumbered by a lien. There are several types of liens; the most common are mechanic's or contractor's liens.
The lien (or debt) must be paid off in order to be cleared. If the owner prefers to challenge the lien, he can release it by posting a bond, pending adjudication. In some types of liens, a title search may disclose claims against the property by an ex-spouse or long-ago heir of a former owner. A simple "quitclaim" deed may be used in these cases. By signing the deed, the person involved signs over whatever rights he or she might have, without laying any claim to the property.
Most real estate transactions involve at least some minor unresolved issues on the part of either the buyer or the seller. This is where an experienced real estate agent can provide solutions to resolve the issues and conclude the sale.
